Are you all ready to eat your Avocados?? A new study by the University of the Pacific may just show how important unsaturated fats are over saturated fats in our diet. The team tested over 200 participants and found that consuming 1-1.5 avocados per day greatly reduced bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides. The key was to replace the saturated fats with unsaturated fats. The avocado binging did not affect the overall level of good cholesterol (HDL). What is shows is HOW important simple dietary changes and choices can be to our over health.

Sports are a part of life. If you will kick them out from your miserable life then it becomes difficult for you to remain active. Because without playing games this is not possible that you would live a happy, healthy, and active life.

Well, I do not think that I still have any reasons not to eat Avocados after learning about this new study you have shared. My father actually loves eating this and he always tends to tell us how good it is to our health. I must say that I am not really a fan of these kind of food but I guess it's now time for me to prioritize my health over my preferences. Anyway, I would like to thank you for this and allowing all of us to see avocados differently from this day forward.
